About Tick Resume

Founded by Nairobi businessman Collin Ojema on April 18, 2026

I'm Collin Ojema. I built Tick Resume to stop good CVs from getting rejected by robots.

In 2023, I helped clients in Westlands hire staff. I'd post a job and get 300 CVs. 80% were auto-rejected by Applicant Tracking Systems before I ever saw them.

ATS like Workday and Taleo are used by Safaricom, KCB, and NGOs. If your CV has tables, photos, or fancy fonts, the software trashes it. I watched JKUAT grads and accountants with 5 years experience lose jobs to formatting errors.

So on April 18, 2026, I launched Tick Resume.

What We Do

We build resumes that pass ATS scans. Every template is tested against the same software used by employers in Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa. No graphics. No columns. Just clean PDFs that recruiters can read.

10,000+ job seekers in 100+ countries use Tick Resume today.
