$4 single downloads are non-refundable once the PDF is generated. This is because the digital product has been delivered and can be immediately used. We stand behind the quality of our resume builder and templates.
Subscriptions
Pro ($9/month) and Max ($15/month) subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not used any AI tokens, we will refund your subscription in full. This gives you a full week to try our service risk-free.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused tokens or unused portions of your subscription period. If you cancel mid-month, your subscription remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order ID and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your billing period.
